SZCT-YQJ-001Four Pencils Stripes Painting Machine is used for pencil strips painting process.Machine with alarm device when the pencils get stuck for effective production.Different rod type pencil only need to replace corresponding pencil convey track for painting process.Compared with the traditional propulsion wheel device, the pencil has the advantages of uniform paint surface and without indentation.
Normal stripes type as following:1.Hexagonal pencil: three sides and three lines,two sides and four lines,five lines and one side;2.Triangular pencil: three corner and three lines,three corner and three sides;3.Round pencil: five lines
Machines standard configuration:
1.painting 40000 pencils in one shift.
2.Heater system:Hot air tubes (totally 3 groups, each group has 2 tubes and 2 fans, and the power of a single tube is 0.6kw)
3. machine standard length is 15 meters,additional 14 meters can be choosed by customers requested.
